Overview:
Use Macros to automate your replies to help requests.
Installation:
After downloading Macros from our website, one of the mirrors or a shareware site, simply double click on the exe file.
You will then be guided through the installation process a screen at a time.
Adding Macros:
To add macros, simply enter the details, select a key and press add.
Using Macros:
Simply press the key combination that you selected when setting up the macro in order for the program to insert your required text into the current selected text field.
Removing Macros:
Select the macro you would like to remove from the list and press remove.
Generate Reports:
Press the "Generate" button on the main screen to create a report of your macro usage.
Uninstalling:
To uninstall the program:
Use the Add/Remove Programs option under Start->Settings->Control Panel.
